Abstract

The melanoma tumor microenvironment is a complex milieu of cancer, inflammatory, and stromal cells. In this context, chemokines play a pivotal role in recruiting inflammatory cells and influence the tumor, exerting both pro‐tumorigenic and anti‐tumoral roles.
