Abstract

Background Preclinical Alzheimer’s disease may be linked to impaired cerebral amyloid clearance. We aim to obtain dynamic parameters of cortical and ventricular clearance of 11C‐PIB and compare them with CSF amyloid values in a population of healthy volunteers.
